What do I do if something is missing from my rod set?
Unfortunately, this can happen on rare occasions with Amazon fulfillment. letting us know exactly what you're missing, including the finish of the item and your Amazon order ID. We will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
I'm not sure which size to order.
First, download our How to Measure and Buy guide (PDF) and follow the instructions. It's also on our Amazon listing page. If you are still unsure, with your window width and a team member will give you our expert advice. Finding the right size is very important, since our rods are non-adjustable.
When will this item be back in stock?
We apologize that the rod size you are looking for is out of stock. Stock is arriving at Amazon every day. with exactly what you are looking for and we will look into it.
Can I order a specific size? (e.g. 8.5 ft)
Unfortunately, we do not offer custom rod sizes. Instead, we offer a great alternative: semi-custom sizing, fast shipping and great retail value for our customers.
Our rods can also be cut to size. For example, order a 9 ft rod and cut 3 inches off each end. There are some limitations with this, but our end cap design fits over the end of the rod, hiding the cut.
Do you have bay window corner connectors?
We do not offer corner connectors, but they are typically available from other suppliers on Amazon.
One thing to note: our rod end plugs use 3/8" SAE studs, while most residential curtain rod connectors use a 1/4" SAE stud. They will still work together, but you will need a 3/8" to 1/4" reducer bushing, available at most hardware stores.
Can I install finials on Cambria Designer rods?
Cambria Designer does not sell finials, but they are available from other sellers on Amazon.

Can I send screenshots or files?
Yes. Send your request first, then reply to our Support Team's email with the screenshots or files attached.
I haven't received a reply. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If nothing has arrived by the end of the next business day, send the form again using the same email address and mention your earlier request.
